What should a concierge help you compare?
The cheapest displayed price is only one part of a flight decision. A long connection, a different cabin on a short segment, or restrictive change conditions can matter more than the headline fare. Start with how you want the trip to feel and what you need to do when you arrive.

How does the process work?
- Share your brief. Tell us your departure city, destination, dates, number of travelers and preferences. Mention whether nearby airports or different dates are possible.
- Review the choices. Compare the proposed flight segments, operating airlines, cabin descriptions and full fare terms. Ask about anything that is not clear.
- Confirm your decision. Availability and the final total must be checked before a ticket is issued. A quote request alone does not reserve a seat or take payment.
Is a concierge the same as a private jet service?
No. This service is for business class seats on scheduled commercial flights. You travel on an airline’s timetable and are subject to that airline’s operating policies and the conditions of your ticket.
What information helps us start?
A clear route and realistic date range are enough to begin. If you need a particular seat type, specific arrival time or additional stops, add those details in the notes. Do not send passport scans or payment card information in the initial enquiry.
What about prices and savings?
Your fare depends on the itinerary, dates, booking conditions and availability when it is quoted. BBCT does not publish guaranteed percentage savings or fixed route fares without a current, verifiable basis. Compare the full cost and conditions, not only the headline number.
